Hello, I’m Ghina, founder of Space Tax PLLC. I created this firm to reduce the stress around tax season and empower individuals and businesses to succeed.

I'm a mom of two energetic kids (8 and 10) and a tax professional passionate about helping people feel confident with their finances. I hold a master's degree in Mathematics for Finance and Insurance and spent eight years teaching at three universities in Lebanon.
After moving back to the U.S., I earned my Enrolled Agent certification from the IRS – the highest credential awarded to tax professionals in the United States. For the past five years, I've supported individuals and businesses with tax filing, tax resolution, IRS notices, bookkeeping, and business setup.
From creating companies, doing the books, preparing taxes, and filing franchise tax reports, I enjoy handling every step so my clients can focus on what matters most.
